乳化起泡剂在煤泥浮选中的应用研究

Application and Research of Emulsified Frother in Fine Coal Floatation

摘要: 针对东庞选煤厂浮选作业中起泡剂添加不均匀,难以定量控制,造成浮选效果波动较大且药剂浪费等问题,配制了乳化仲辛醇起泡剂,使起泡剂呈液流状持续定量添加,确保其能够在矿浆中更好的分散。通过浮选试验考察不同用量乳化药剂对浮选指标的影响来评价药剂效果,结果表明:仲辛醇经乳化后形成混合均匀的水包油型乳化液在矿浆中具有高分散性,乳化起泡剂使煤泥分选效果显著提升,在仲辛醇用量相同时,精煤灰分基本不变,产率提高13.75%|在浮选指标相当时,节油率达25%~30%。

Abstract: This paper focused on problems of fluctuation in flotation effect and waste in flotation agents caused by inhomogeneous addition and difficulty in quantitative control in frother amount in Dongpang Coal Preparation Plant. In this study, octanol was mixed with an emulsifier and water in a certain proportion to form emulsified frother, and thus the emulsified frother could be added smoothly and quantitatively. The emulsified frother was also able to disperse better in pulp. The effects of emulsified frother were evaluated by the index of flotation with different agents’ dosage in flotation tests. The results indicated that emulsified octanol formed the oil-in-water emulsion, making it fully disperse in pulp. The coal slime separation was significantly improved by using emulsified frother. At fixed amount of octanol, the production rate of clean coal was increased by 13.75% with constant ash. At equivalent floatation index, the rate of fuel saving reached 25 ~ 30%.
